If you’re reading this, I want to honor the courage it takes to begin your journey toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life. My hope is that, if we work together, therapy feels like both a grounding and empowering space.
I am passionate about helping individuals live a value driven life, and I help clients build practical skills they can carry into their daily lives to foster self-trust and autonomy beyond our sessions. Whether you're navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, sexuality, gender, relationships, or personal growth, I’m here to support you in working toward the goals that matter most—so you can create a life that feels meaningful and true to who you are.
As a first-generation Southeast Asian, I deeply understand what it feels like to be “othered” or unseen. I know how painful it can be to feel alone, misunderstood, or uncertain about your future. Together, we’ll explore your values—balancing cultural and societal influences with your unique voice—to help you live authentically in a way that feels right for you.
I bring warmth and humor to the therapeutic space to help even the most challenging parts of life feel more human and manageable. I strive to see each person through a culturally informed lens that honors how your background and identity shape your experience.
Outside of the therapy space, I am a Clinical Psychology Doctoral Student at the University of Denver. I am also a certified yoga teacher who values the mind-body connection and finds joy in nature, ocean swims, and connecting with loved ones.
