Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to reach out. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted... not because you have everything figured out, but because you don't have to.
I believe lasting change comes from approaching ourselves with curiosity rather than judgment.
Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical skills to help you move toward a life that feels more meaningful, authentic, and connected to what matters most. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences because no two people (or their stories) are the same.
I enjoy working with adults and older adolescents navigating anxiety, identity exploration, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-doubt. As a first-generation Iranian-American, I understand the complexity of balancing multiple identities and strive to create an affirming, culturally responsive space for individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
Outside of the therapy room, I am a Clinical Psychology Doctoral Student at the University of Denver and hold a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology. My clinical training has focused on evidence-based treatments for anxiety and OCD, including Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, exploring Colorado, and practicing flow arts, especially hula hooping, as a way to stay connected to both mind and body.
